Crows Quality Fencing
By requesting a quote, scheduling a consultation, or entering into a contract with Crows Quality Fencing ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the provision of fencing services.
Crows Quality Fencing provides professional fencing installation, repair, and related services as described in your specific service agreement or quote. The scope of work is detailed in the written estimate provided by the Company. Any work not explicitly listed in the estimate is considered outside the scope of the project and may incur additional charges.
The Company reserves the right to modify the scope of work if unforeseen conditions are discovered during the project (such as underground utilities, soil conditions, or structural issues). Any modifications will be communicated to you promptly, and additional costs will be agreed upon in writing before proceeding.
All estimates provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Estimates are based on the information provided by the customer and site conditions observed during the consultation. Prices are subject to change if project conditions differ significantly from the initial assessment.
The final invoice may differ from the estimate if additional work is required or if the scope of work changes. Any changes will be communicated to you in writing before additional charges are incurred.
Payment terms are specified in your service agreement. Typically, a deposit of 50% is required to schedule the project, with the balance due upon completion. We accept cash, check, credit card, and bank transfer.
If payment is not received within 30 days of invoice, the Company reserves the right to suspend services, charge interest at 1.5% per month, or pursue legal action to recover outstanding amounts. Late payments may also result in project delays or cancellation.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your project, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made more than 14 days before the scheduled start date will result in a full refund of any deposit. Cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled start date will forfeit the deposit, as we may have already incurred costs or turned away other clients.
Rescheduling requests are subject to availability. The Company will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request, but cannot guarantee a specific date.
The Company will provide an estimated timeline for project completion. However, timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Weather, unforeseen site conditions, material availability, and other factors may cause delays. The Company will communicate any delays to you as soon as they are identified.
The Company is not responsible for delays caused by weather, natural disasters, material shortages, utility locating issues, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
The customer is responsible for:
